What's The Weik Fitness 30-Day Challenge All About?
The Weik Fitness 30-Day Challenge was created because I was sick of seeing people signing up for a 30-day challenge and only focusing on one aspect of their life... Fitness. It's great that individuals do some type of exercise or movement for 30 days, but they're not truly getting the most out of their time because that's only one piece of the puzzle. People need to change their habits, understand healthy versus poor nutritional habits, how to resist temptation, how to get better quality sleep, and many other aspects of life that can affect health. That's why I created The Weik Fitness 30-Day Challenge. It's perfect for those who are just starting their health and fitness journey or those who are interested in changing their behaviors but don't know where to start.
Now, I'm not simply putting this out there for anyone to download for free. And I can hear it already... "But Matt, just about everything on your site is free." You are correct. However, let's think about something for a second. If you get a free food item when you are out, do you always eat the entire thing or are you fine throwing some of it away because you didn't have to pay for it? You probably have no issue throwing it away or at least part of it and moving on with your life, right? Unfortunately, free fitness challenges are the same way. When people sign up for a free 30-day challenge, they have no skin in the game. It's no loss to them if they stop or give up because they have nothing invested in the program.
It might come off as me being mean, but I don't want people joining this movement and my 30-day challenge if they aren't willing to put a little something into changing their lives and behaviors.
