Well, that’s up to you to decide. For me, personally, they help me get dialed in. This episode will discuss nootropics, what they help do, who they are good for, and in the end, it will give you some insight into whether or not you think they would work well for your specific instance or situation. That being said, I see a huge advantage for the working American as well as athletes. So, let’s dive right into it!
