In this episode, I want to talk about this New Year New You movement we are seeing hit social media ever since January 1, 2020. All of a sudden everyone has this New Year New You focus where they want to improve their health, lose weight, start a business, [fill in the blank with whatever you want]. Here’s the deal. I don’t believe 95% of the people out there with their New Year New You goal or resolution. Where were you in 2019 with this fantastic goal? Why didn’t you start this last year? What’s so special about January 1 that makes everyone come out of the woodwork with all of these goals? Stop hoping for it and start doing it. Based on statistics, it’s hard for me to believe anyone will achieve them or they would have started earlier. What’s the difference between January 1 and August 15? If you think you’re going to achieve success with your New Year New You mentality… PROVE IT. Here’s how to start and stick to a workout plan!
