What My Workouts Look Like and How Often I Change Them
In this episode I talk about what my weekly workouts look like and how I am constantly changing them. I get emails all the time from people asking me what I recommend, what I do, is it working, etc. While what I do may not work for everyone, I thought it would be fun to record an episode where I talk about such topics so that people may be able to grab some nuggets from it and apply it to their own training. While I’m a creature of habit, I never like to keep my workouts the same. I always need to be changing them up and keeping them fresh. All my thoughts and reasons are in this episode.
