How Much Cardio Should You Be Doing to See Results?
In this episode I discuss how much cardio you should be doing, what has worked for me, and some decisions you need to make in order to get the results you are looking for. The fact of the matter is, you don’t need to be doing a ton of cardio in order to see results. And personally, I don’t recommend doing a bunch of cardio to start as your body will eventually get used to it and cause you to do every more just to keep progressing. Therefore, I break everything down in this episode so you can take the guesswork out of dreaded cardio. Don’t forget, cardio has many other benefits other than fat loss and weight management. Even if you are “bulking” you should still be doing cardio sessions during the week.
