With this body fat calculator, you can select your gender and fill in the field listed for your weight and various body part circumferences. When finished, hit "calculate" to get the results showing your body fat percentage.
Note: This is not as accurate as something like a caliper body fat test but it will at least give you a baseline to work off of.
