In this episode, I want to talk about all of these diet fads that say you can’t eat this, you can’t eat that. It’s total and utter BS. If you follow their direction, YOU WILL FAIL. The worst thing you can do is deprive yourself and say you aren’t allow to eat something. Listen, consuming one thing is not going to make you fat. You need to be looking at the bigger picture and what you eat throughout the day. One donut or [fill in the blank] is not going to cause you to gain weight. Let me explain in this episode.
