In this episode, I want to discuss the one thing ALL diets have in common and that is putting you in a caloric deficit.  I don’t care what diet you will in the blank with, the bottom line is all of them have you consume less calories than your maintenance and that is how you lose weight.  The pitfall that many fall into is that they don’t get a grasp on how many calories they consume “after the diet” and that they aren’t able to maintain the diet they are utilizing long-term as a lifestyle.  Check out this episode for a full explanation!
